01. Veneer House Guarantee
We continue to take responsibility because we love our products.
Veneer House's products are designed to work reliably in the field and for long-term use. However, if the product is damaged while used in accordance with the manual, part replacement for the damaged part is guaranteed for 1 year. For damages caused after the warranty period, part replacement can be made for a fee. For more details, please refer to “02. About Part Replacement”.
02. About Part Replacement
If the delivered product is different from the order, or if it arrives soiled or damaged, please contact us. We will replace the parts provided that all of the following requirements are met.

The product is unused.

The customer contacted the Company within 1 year from the date of purchase.
If the product is damaged while used in accordance with the manual, part replacement for the damaged part is guaranteed for 1 year. We will replace those parts free of charge provided that all of the following requirements are met.

The product was used in accordance with the manual.

The customer contacted the Company within 1 year from the date of purchase.
For damages caused after the warranty period, part replacement can be made for a fee.

03. Products Assembly and Installation
The customer is responsible for assembling and installing the products purchased by the customer. We do not bear any legal obligations for product assembly and installation work. In the unlikely event that the customer suffers damage to the product, other accidents, or damages during assembly and installation work, the Company cannot be held liable for this. However, this does not apply to damages caused by our responsibility.
04. Customer Compliance and Responsibilities
You are obligated to comply with the following matters:

Please select the product, assemble and install the purchased product at your own risk.

Perform a preliminary check to the products in accordance with the manual prior to assembling, installing and using the product.

Please observe the precautions before using the product.

Please do not resell for the purpose of profit of yourself or a third party, or purchase the products for the purpose of resale. We sell our products to customers based on the assumption that the customers will use them themselves.

Please do not perform any act that infringes or may infringe the trademark right, copyright, privacy or all other rights / interests of other users, third parties or our company.
If we suffer damage due to a breach of your duty of care, you will be liable to our company for the damage.
Even if you suffer damage due to your own breach of duty, we cannot be held responsible to your claim for damages. However, this does not apply to damages caused by our responsibility.
05. Governing Law and Court of Jurisdiction
The contractual relationship between our company and our customers, including this agreement, is governed by Japanese law.
The Tokyo District (Summary) Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court for disputes between the Company and the customer.
This agreement is in Japanese. Even if an English translation of this agreement is prepared for reference, only the Japanese text shall be effective as the agreement, and the English translation shall not have any effect.
